I don’t know.
Try reading the manual for Mario Kart Wii.
I think you can use it, but try using 1 Wii remote and 3 other gamecube controllers(if u have 3)

put it in the first gc port. select one player.

Plug it in to the first gamecube controller port on the wii. after you select start from the game disc channel and the game begins push start or a on the controller and then select one player.

have two controls first before begining mario kart
wiimote and g.c. controler
after the “warning put your stap on” disapears
press A with g.c. control
i hope you know the steps i left out

Recently after upgrading to GEN D3, I have been faced with an annoying (but not critical) bug were the X and O buttons swap. On the XMB it is normal where X is to confirm and O is to cancel, but as soon as the game launches, they swap and I don’t know why.
